"The ABC Peer Group we belong to has been an enormous benefit to JMC and is one of the most meaningful things we have decided to do in the last 5 years. Where else could I get together in a non-threatening environment with people who do the same thing I do and speak so openly about every facet of my organization? We exchange "best practices", and speak openly about any and all professional or personal issues relating to work. We discuss financials, personnel, marketing / sales / BD, accounting, software, operations, transition planning - the list goes on. We have fun and enjoy each other's company. The Peer Group is a key tool in our continuous improvement process and we would not give it up for anything.
