Chapter Presidents’ Council Liaison

ABC Oklahoma chapter

John Smaligo is president and CEO of ABC Oklahoma, which he has led the past six years.

Smaligo currently serves as chair of ABC’s Chapter President’s Executive Council and previously served as the chapter president liaison for ABC’s Budget and Finance Committee.

Previously, Smaligo served three terms in the Oklahoma State House of Representatives and over 11 years as a Tulsa County commissioner before taking the helm at ABC Oklahoma. Smaligo also chairs the Tulsa County Home Finance Authority and is active with the Oklahoma Construction Industry Coalition.

He’s a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
