He has 25 years of industry experience and has been in a construction technology leadership role in the construction industry since 2005. Hedgepath has directly managed the fully integrated construction technology process on dozens of projects totaling over $3 billion and ranging in project value from $10 million to $1.2 billion.

She has over 10 years of experience in the manufacturing and development of consumer products, diesel engines and power tool accessories. These diverse industry experiences are bound together by her passion for connecting people, processes and tools to deliver the best products to customers.

After starting his career in IT, he pivoted to BI in 2017 with a mission to empower measurement-focused accountability and remove emotion from the decision-making process.
