Don Hundley, director of digital commercialization and industry association relations, JLG Industries, is responsible for aligning JLG’s digital strategies with industry association partners to expand safety and operator training programs for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms and telehandlers in the construction industry.

Kevin Keith, director of safety services, ABC Keystone, specializes in crafting safety policies, performing jobsite inspections and navigating OSHA requirements. Keith has more than 10 years of safety consulting and training experience. Prior to his career in safety, Kevin was an exercise physiologist in a workers’ compensation rehabilitation center, providing ergonomic assessments and helping design work-specific exercise programs to return injured workers to pre-injury levels.

Rick Smith, senior director of global product training, JLG Industries, is responsible for all aspects of JLG product training globally, including curricula design, program development and program implementation. Smith led the effort to create and launch JLG University, an online learning environment for JLG product training that has over 50,000 registered users worldwide. The JLG training team is spearheading the ANSI training effort for the industry.

Greg Sizemore, vice president of health, safety, environment and workforce development, ABC National, is a key leader in the construction industry and the public sector on safety and workforce development. Prior to joining ABC, Sizemore worked at Zachry Industrial, where he played an integral role in the formation of Zachry’s competency-based safety, professional and craft workforce development programs. Sizemore is also an active volunteer leader in the safety and workforce development space. Currently, he serves on the Occupational Health and Safety Administration’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health and the board of directors of NCCER and chairs the Construction Industry Alliance for Suicide Prevention.
