Ray Boff, National Prefab Leader, DPR Construction
Ray Boff is an experienced prefabrication and modular leader, general manager and operations director with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial, health care, hospitality and government markets, among others. He is skilled in component prefab, modular manufacturing, lean, construction project management, design and engineering management, building information modeling, virtual design and construction, operations management and global supply chain management.

Tom Hardiman, Executive Director, Modular Building Institute
Tom Hardiman has been executive director of the Modular Building Institute since January 2004 and manages the governance of the organization, in addition to serving as the MBI government affairs director. He has worked as a registered lobbyist at the federal level in Congress, as well as at the state level in Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Hardiman has also led grassroots advocacy efforts in 20 other states.

Chris Durso, Editor-in-Chief
Durso leads Construction Executive’s day-to-day operations—overseeing all print and digital content, design and production efforts, and working with the editorial team to tell the many stories of America’s builders and contractors. An experienced association magazine editor, writer and publications strategist, he is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University and lives in Arlington, Virginia.

Maggie Murphy, Managing Editor
Murphy handles all of Construction Executive’s digital assets, including the website, newsletter, digital edition and social media, in addition to editing print content and writing feature articles, industry new briefs and community outreach columns. She’s a native Marylander and a graduate of Salisbury University, with a background working on the marketing team for a large general contractor.

O’Connell writes features and news articles for the magazine in tandem with editing print and digital content, to include Construction Executive and CE This Week. She graduated from Hollins University and resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
