 WEBINAR DESCRIPTION
Want to know what your clients really want and how to earn their repeat business every time?  This webinar will provide valuable insight on day-to-day operations, throughout the entire project life cycle, as told from the general contractor’s point-of-view.

The webinar will present best practices for preconstruction planning and contract negotiation.  The class will also discuss various “do’s and don’ts” throughout the entire construction process, including submittals, change orders, scheduling, safety and project closeout.

Finally, this webinar will help emerging contractors, in particular subcontractors, to understand what it takes to be a “quality” subcontractor who maintains a consistent and mutually beneficial relationship with their clients.

THIS WEBINAR IS DESIGNED TO:
  • Discuss preconstruction (including bidding) best practices
  • Identify key characteristics of “good” subcontractors throughout the construction process
  • Provide experience-based insight (from the general contractor’s) perspective regarding the subcontractors performance throughout  the entire project life cycle
