ABOUT THE PRESENTERS
Dr. Kenneth Sullivan is an associate professor at the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment at Arizona State University, teaching advances in construction delivery and innovation. He specializes in construction delivery approaches, best-value procurement, performance and risk measurement, and organizational transformation. He has helped Fortune 500 companies and public organizations transform their construction services, including the City of Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Salt River Project and Seattle City Light.
A 31-year veteran of the construction industry, Kevin Sell is the chief values officer of United Group Services, a Cincinnati-based mechanical industrial construction firm that operates throughout the United States. Sell was a contributing author to George Burk's Value Centered Leadership and he co-authored the Voluntary Protection Program for Construction for the U.S. Department of Labor-OSHA. He serves as chair of the ABC Business Development Committee and as a member of the CURT Workforce Development Committee.
