ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Jenny Drescher is a professional coach, speaker, and trainer in private practice since 2007. After a decade in outside sales, she decided to leverage her talents to serve and help others. She brings energy, empathy, candor, humor and content knowledge to her work. Her strong belief in the power of play and laughter fuels her passion to help people improve their lives and work by tapping into their innate sense of fun and creativity.

In addition to creating her own programs, Jenny custom-designs and delivers dynamic, engaging programs and talks ranging from twenty minutes to full day trainings on a variety of topics. She weaves applied improvisation into the mix to create impactful, energizing, motivational learning experiences. She has a broad array of topics of expertise, including listening, building confidence, self care, living from your values, choice 101, team building, ending procrastination, celebrating mistakes by building on them, and the power of language, to name a few. Her extensive background in sales, customer service, and various corporate and entrepreneurial environments provides a rich array of experience to draw from.

She specializes in teaching individuals and teams to identify and break free from patterns, default modes, stories, and ways of thinking that repeatedly stall them out.  In place of these patterns clients learn to actively choose and create in all areas of life and business instead, maximizing performance.  Having shifted her own mindset from one of “life happens to me” to “I choose in all parts of life, every moment of life” underscores her mission to teach choosing as a key skill of the 21st century.

Jenny is a graduate of both Coach University and Coachville, and a member of the International Coach Federation, as well as the International Membership of Professional Advisors, Coaches and Trainers and the Applied Improvisation Network.  She has training certification from Peak Potentials Train the Trainer program, and has completed studies through Target Training International and Landmark Education Corporation. She is a founding member of Pistol Shrimp, an all female Improv comedy troupe based in central Connecticut.
