Circuit ruled that the president violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate to fill NLRB vacancies with Democrats Sharon Block and Richard Griffin
ABC members that attend 2013 BizCon Feb. 19-20 in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., will hear from major land developers who will use relevant statistics and draw on expert knowledge to offer a glimpse into future areas of expansion.

ABC Jan. 17 sent a letter to New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie urging him not to sign legislation that would allow the state and local government entities to mandate PLAs on even more public construction contracts than are currently permitted, including Superstorm Sandy relief efforts.
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released a report showing a drop in union membership from 14 percent to 13.2 percent in the U.S. private construction industry from 2011 to 2012. Today 86.8 percent of the private construction workforce chooses not to belong to a union.
