The U.S. Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Pacific Acquisition Department is soliciting responses to a survey issued regarding the potential use of a government-mandated project labor agreement (PLA) on a federal contract for the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. In addition, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District is seeking comments from the construction community addressing the potential use of a PLA within the Colorado Springs Metropolitan Statistical Area which includes Fort Carson and the U.S. Air Force Academy.

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) has issued surveys requesting information on the potential use of a project labor agreement (PLA) on two projects to repair facades at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md., one for repairs at Rickover Hall and on for repairs at Nimitz Library.

The Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) is requesting comments on the use of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) for a project in Biloxi, Miss. The project will include the renovation of two buildings at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) issued a survey requesting feedback from the construction industry about including a government-mandated project labor agreement (PLA) in a solicitation for a federal contract to build a new air traffic control tower exceeding $25 million in Tucson, Ariz.
