Finding the right way to thank your employees can be difficult, but through ABC’s Workforce Development Awards, we’re giving you the opportunity to showcase their talent, hard work and dedication to the construction industry. Your construction craft professionals have the chance to win our national award, Craft Professional of the Year along with additional prizes. All you have to do, is nominate them.

To honor your talented craft professionals that work day-in and day-out to ensure quality work, show outstanding leadership, and have a passion for their trade, submit a nomination by Jan.5, 2015. The finalists will be flown to Fort Lauderdale, Fla. March 3-6 and thanks to CPOY founding sponsor, Tradesmen International, along with Chrysler, the winner will receive a brand new truck. 

Eligibility Requirements for Craft Professional of the Year

• Nominees must be currently employed by an ABC member firm in good standing.
• Approximately 90% of the nominees’ daily job duties must include either daily use of tools and equipment or direct field supervision of trade craftspeople using tools.
• Nominees must currently possess a journey-level designation and be able to provide proper documentation.
