The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville, Mobile, Sacramento and St. Louis Districts are requesting responses from the construction industry about the potential use of government-mandated project labor agreements (PLAs) on four large-scale federal projects.

The USACE Louisville District is soliciting comments on a museum hangar project at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. Responses should be sent to Bjorn Hale at [email protected] by 10 a.m. EST on Monday, April 29. Click here for more information and to find the full survey. 

The USACE Mobile District has released a survey requesting feedback about a potential PLA for a project including dredging coastal and inland waterways in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. To review and respond to the survey, click here. Responses must be submitted to Demetrius Terrell at [email protected] by Friday, April 26.

The Sacramento District issued a survey for the two phases of design and construction of a new Advanced Individual Training Barracks located at the Presidio of Monterey, Calif. Feedback should be submitted by May 2 to Samantha Plank at [email protected]. The survey can be found here.

The fourth survey is being issues by the St. Louis District for the Wood River Cutoff Wall Construction project in Illinois. To view the survey and more information, click here. Responses can be submitted to Barrietta Killiebrew at [email protected] until May 13.
