In order to successfully define and implement workforce development initiatives that best serve ABC members, contractors are invited to take part in a new survey related to training. Three randomly selected participants will be awarded a $500 American Express gift card once the survey is closed.

Collected with the help of FMI Corporation, a construction industry management-consulting firm, this data will provide an aggregate quantitative analysis of member workforce training efforts. Understanding the training commitment of member companies will allow ABC to more effectively provide total member value in the areas of workforce development, external affairs and chapter development.
