The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) New York District has issued a survey requesting comments from the construction industry on the potential use of a project labor agreement (PLA) for a beach erosion and dredging project in Sea Bright, New Jersey.

All ABC members and construction professionals are encouraged to respond to the request for information and tell USACE that government-mandated PLAs harm competition, increase costs, and impede the economy and efficiency of government contracting.
 
Comments are due by close of business on Monday, Sept. 22, and must be submitted to Contract Specialist Mohenda Surage, [email protected].
