The Construction Legal Rights Foundation (CLRF) supports efforts to preserve, protect and defend the free enterprise system in construction. The foundation offers financial support through legal and issue advocacy campaigns. Three types of applications are available for financial support, please find their descriptions below.

Legal Application

Apply for funds to support a precedent-setting legal case or for legal issues in defense of contractors. CLRF supports cases not only through financial support, but also through amicus briefs. Anyone who believes they have sufficient grounds for a legal effort directed to these areas and needs financial assistance to do so may apply to the foundation for support after obtaining endorsement from their ABC chapter.

Issue Advocacy Application

CLRF funds issue advocacy campaigns which include, ABC National, chapter and member efforts to ensure fair and open competition for taxpayer funded construction projects.

Rapid Response Application
